Default Pin All filter in dashboard

Hi,

I have different charts in dashboard and when I click on in certain bars etc., filter applies for whole dashboard. But is there any option to make this filter pinned by default instead of user going and
enabling it every time.

Below should be showing whenever I click on any of the charts? Is it possible?
