After deleting ALL indexes, all documents deleted too and can't be restored?
I know about Reindex API, nut it just copies documents from one index to another.
If you have deleted all indices, they are gone together with all the data. There is no soft delete in Elasticsearch. Do you have a snapshot you can use as a backup?
