Hi all,
I am trying to find the difference between top hit aggregation and max aggregation in kibana.
They both are supposed to give maximum value of a group.
I went through threads, but could not find anything related to this.

There is a way to get the same value from Top Hits, but it does more than that. It's most frequent usage in Kibana is to sort by the time field, and then get the "last value" within each bucket. For example, to get the most recent keyword per unique term.
