Difference duration calculation between start and end time to show in table

Hello All,

I'd like to know how can I calculate the duration difference between start execution-end execution(Date format) and only get the duration to show in third column.
How can this be done?,backend only provides the start and end date.Third column in image is requirement.

In below image I've start and end date in YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss and in third column I need only diffrence between end(hh:mm:ss)-start(hh:mm:ss)
