Disable ML

Hi. I just want to use the Basic license. Is there any benefit when I enable ML? Or any disadvantage when disabling ML?

I don't seem to be able to find any documentation what benefits I get when using just the basic license with ML.

Thanks. if I don't need any of this, it it save to disable it ?
Are there any experiences on performance drawbacks when keeping it enabled, even though it's not used ?

If I am not using it I would disable it.

The Machine Learning features requires a paid license, if I'm not wrong the only ML thing that works without a license is when you send some data through kibana for a quick analysis.
