I'm going to need a bit more information about what's going wrong here in order to help you fix this. Could you post the details of the request error from your browser's dev tools? If you're not familiar with these, this tutorial may help. We're looking for the "preview" of the response that failed (should be highlighted in red in the Network Tab).
Additionally, do you see any errors in the server logs for the Kibana server?
