Do I need a Gold license if I am using the Elastic Cloud Gold Subscription?

Is it possible to run an ELK deployment on Elastic Cloud with the Gold subscription without having the Gold license?

I have seen that for self-managed ELK we need to get the Gold license.
Is that the same case with Elastic Cloud or do we pay monthly as shown here - https://cloud.elastic.co/pricing?

You don't need to buy another license. It's included.
