Do Kibana 6.8.1 have ability to create an interactive dashboards

I created an a dashboard included a pie chart using Kibana dashboard version 6.8.1 .

I am trying to allow the users to click on a pie chart to redirect them to a corresponding dashboard that provides detailed information about the selected value.

Is this doable to apply using Kibana version 6.8.1 ?
