Do we have any provision to DRAG the new "CONTROLS" at any position in the Kibana dashboard ? If possible please convey the process for the same

Currently controls are freezed at the TOP of the Dashboard.

The one thing that I am aware of is that the team is planning to allow them to be added vertically (as a sidebar) [Controls] Controls vertical layout on Left Pane · Issue #132968 · elastic/kibana · GitHub. Can you open an enhancement request to our repo? The team will check and evaluate.
