Does Kibana use python in runtime?

We saw that xpack has few py files. Hence if we bundle rpm, rpmbuild expects /usr/bin/python. RHEL seems not having python as they have upgraded to python3.
So I just wanted to know whether Kibana use python for runtime? or is it jus buildtime?

We are not using XPACK and we are in basic license

@RAM_NATHAN if those files you mentioned are the ones inside x-pack/build_chromium those are only development related.
