The above link says Oracle.ManagedDataAccess would be added in beta, let me know if that is available in elastic apm nuget 1.14.1, Also when Oracle.ManagedDataAccessCore would be supported for .NEt Core

it's part of the profiler based agent setup - so that one is not a NuGet package. Here is the documentation on how you can turn on the profiler based agent.
