Is there a way to download the logs from a saved search to a zip file, etc.?

"Saved search"—are you talking about the percolator, Kibana, or something else?

Sorry yes I meant from Kibana

Then it would've made more sense to post in the Kibana group. But no, there's currently no functionality in Kibana for downloading results. There's a GitHub issue for it (search for "CSV") that you can track.

where I can find the link to logs download in Kibana 4. I am not able to find any option to download logs from Kibana 4.5.1. Please help me.

Caret symbol is only provided for visualizations. In our case we are displaying log messages for specified interval of time in dashboard. User should be able to download those logs. Can you tell me how it will be done ?

I don't think it can be done directly from the dashboard but the visualization is easily accessible from the dashboard.
