Can anyone suggest me any external plugins or something which can help me with the drilldown in Kibana.

Drilldown to what though?

Drilldown is a bit of going deeper and deeper for eg if i am going for the region map when i click a country it show me all the states when i click any state it show me all the districts.

You can do that at the moment by creating visualisations with those details. Then when you filter on one aspect the visualisations will match that filter.
