I'd like to make a drop down menu. How can I do it in kibana?

could you be a bit more specific about the location and purpose of that drop-down menu? Is it supposed to be added to a dashboard? What should its content be?

Hi I would like to put it in a dashbord and contain links to other dashbord. I would like to do something more interactive than the menu created with the markdown
