Is there any beat (metricbeat/community beat) available for getting the metrics from druid and flink?
there seems to be Prometheus support in flink. For druid you could try an external exporter. You should then be able to collect these metrics using the built-in prometheus module for metricbeat.
I only now saw in your thread Flink monitoring with Jolokia that you've discovered an additional way to monitor flink. 
Yes. For Druid case, I used prometheus-druid-exporter in between metricbeat and druid and pulled druid metrics.
