ECE In AWS on Centos AMI

I have followed the ECE installation instructions using the centos ami in AWS and have successfully created a cloud on 3 EC2 instances. After creating my first cluster and enabling Kibana the logon screen shows 'Login is currently disabled....' I do see the following in the log however and all other access seems to be fine? Any advice would be appreciated.
