i am getting this error when i am installing agent on kali linux.
./elastic-agent: 1: ./elastic-agent: 1: ELF: not found
O@8: not found
./elastic-agent: 2: Syntax error: word unexpected (expecting ")")
i am using a VM on my m1 mac so not sure if it is not compatible but i was just copying the instructions and it is not installing elastic agent. really appreciate the help.

Which elastic agent did you download? What's the name of the file you downloaded?

For a vm on an m1 Mac you'll need the aarch64 agent download
