Elastic APM index name requirement?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a requirement on the index name for the logs to appear in the logs section of an Elastic APM transaction?

I moved to using Elastic Serverless Forwarder to send applications logs to a custom named data stream. These logs go into a custom named index and this index does not start with the word logs.

However the logs no longer appear in APM transactions.

The indices comes from the Logs Settings page
You can navigate it under Observability -> Logs -> Streams and the Settings on the Top of the Page.

You will see the default value set there is - logs-*,filebeat-*,kibana_sample_data_logs*

It should be possible to add your custom index.
