As far as I concerned, Elastic is providing cross-cluster replication whereby user can have a secondary cluster serving as a hot backup -- https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/xpack-ccr.html
However, it is not yet available in Elastic Cloud -- Elastic Cloud Cross Cluster Replication
Based on the forum, Elastic is working to remove such limitation. If this is true, what ETA can we expect?
Or, it is even better if there is a better alternative Elastic can offer.
