Elastic Cloud Export Control Number (ECCN)

Hi
We are about to embark on a project which will initially make use of the Elastic Cloud Managed Service. However the compliance department in my organisation require the Export Control Classification Number before they will give us the green light to go ahead. Does anyone know where this can be found or have details of someone that I can contact to find this out?

The classification number is 5D002, subject to license exception ENC.
