Elastic Operator Juju Charm

Hello,

I want to introduce the lifecycle ops we are building around ECK using Juju charms.

My team and I will be working on modeling the Elasticsearch, Kibana and ApmServer objects in Juju over the coming weeks.
In the mean time, we welcome and appreciate any feedback on how we are encapsulating the elastic-operator as a Juju charm.
