Hi Team,

I would like to know which versions of Elastic Stack are stable . I am a bit confused from https://www.elastic.co/blog/elasticsearch-7-5-0-released and https://www.elastic.co/blog/whats-new-in-elastic-stack-7-8-0-release .

Here 7.5.0 is marked stable but there is no such thing for 7.8.0

All released versions (excluding alpha and beta releases) are considered stable so I would recommend going with the latest one.
