Elastic still logs into defaut log file and path

Hi guys,

I have set in the elasticsearch.yml:

path.logs: /home/user/var/log/elasticsearch

Now elastic does the logs twice! In the var/log/elasticsearch folder i have all the log files and in the /bin/elasticsearch/logs/ there is also a single log file which contains the exact same information.

How can i completely disable the elastic to log in it's default path /bin/elasticsearch/logs?
