Elasticseaart unable to start

I install the zip file of elasticsearch 5.0 Alpha 4 into a RHEL7 system and install x pack following the
documentation. Then when I type bin/elasticsearch, it prompts me the following error

You should really use the RPM installer.

However does the directory it mention exist?

Yes, the directory mentioned exist. I have check that the log files are there.
