Elasticsearch 5 on Azure connecting to public IP

Hi - I can install elasticsearch 5 on AWS using the internal IP for the network.host. However on azure there is no internal IP other than 10.0.0.4. As a result I can only start it using localhost or 127.0.0.1 but not using the public IP. Therefore we can't reach it remotely when running as localhost. Any ideas? NGINX or is there an easier way?

Don't worry worked it out. Set it to 0.0.0.0
