Elasticsearch 6.3.0 is not running

When I am trying to run ES 6.3.0 on my system it is giving the following error. Kindly help with the same.

What version of Java are you running? You need at least Java 8 to run Elasticsearch. Check using

java -version

Did you tried to run with administrator rights? I mean run shell as administrator

One more thing - could you try running elasticsearch.bat instead of elasticsearch?

I have tried running it with elasticsearch.bat as well but I am getting same output/error msg
