I would like to know the approximate month or date of Elasticsearch 8 release .

Elastic do generally not provide release date estimates. For the last couple of releases there has been an alpha/beta program that has started around half a year before release, and as that has not yet started I would say it is at least 6 months out. Why do you need to know this?

I was starting with a project, so i just wanted to know .

About a week after we roll out a major 7.x stack.... :slight_smile:
