The course is now 45 minutes late. I sent an email about 30 minutes ago to training@elastic.co and others have attempted calling. No response or news on why training has not started and the strigo links are not working. Please respond ASAP.
Edit: Apparently Sales was able to reach someone to discover that there was a technical issue and sounds like it will start an hour late. In the future (and for others that might encounter this), is there a proper training number to call? Perhaps you guys could start sending out notifications when issues arise?

We would like to sincerely apologize for the experience you and your team had with our private training session yesterday. This is not the way we prefer to operate / communicate. In response to this incident, we are working on some options to make it easier for students to communicate with our staff when there are problems accessing the learning environment.
