Elasticsearch for generic product finder

I have round about 10k products from a grocery store. I want to be able to find products according to their generic type:

organic 1.5% fat milk = milk
organic spelt spaghetti = noodles
pink lady apple = apple
...

What's the best way to accomplish a good and reliable search for products based on generic keywords which might be part of the product name?
