Elasticsearch hangs up on ubuntu 13.04

I am having a problem running elasticsearch on ubuntu server 12.04. It
hangs up on startup, sometimes it say "libsigar-x86-linux.so which might
have disabled stack guard. The VM will try to fix the stack guard now.
It's highly recommended that you fix the library with 'execstack -c
', or link it with '-z noexecstack'." and in other times nothing
comes out (just hangs up).
I ran the command 'execstack -c libsigar-x86-linux.so' and now ES produces
fatal error with jvm
" A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:

Hey,

hm, is this reproducible hangs on startup? Everytime you start it?

For the message you get, this seems not to be too worrying
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/fusionreactor/iRsnTT3al04

Can you upgrade elasticsearch to the latest version and downgrade the JVM
to the oracle JDK 1.7.25 - and check if this still happens (go with the JVM
versions first, before upgrading elasticsearch).

Also you could write a core dump, maybe that included more information (see
the error message).

I'm not seeing this and all of my servers are 12.04.3. Elasticsearch
version is 0.90.7 but 0.90.4 and 0.90.3 also ran fine for me.
