Elasticsearch-head plugin on windows OS

Hello,

please how can I install ELASTICSEARCH-HEAD PLUGIN on windows OS

PS: I have elasticsearch 6.2.2 installed on windows server 2008 and I would like to add a web front end for it.
I try c:\ES\bin>plugin.bat install mobz/elasticsearch-head but it doesn't worked:
error:unkown plugin elasticsearch-head.
