Elasticsearch node limitations and scaling

Hi,

I'm having some anomalies with my 3 nodes cluster, my nodes have some instability, I keep losing a node each time and sometimes the cluster take long time to recover, but i'm not sure if the root cause is a cluster overload.

Is there any metrics or stats that profs that I need to extend my cluster.
