Elasticsearch node start time and server time are different

Hi,

I have restarted the elasticsearch and while looking the elasticsearch log its show the node start time as 15 GMT but the server time is 19 GMT. Due to this current log is delayed by 4 hours. Please anyone help to fix this time mismatch issue.
