ElasticSearch pause when has exception

OS: windows 10
I run the elasticsearch.bat to start a elasticsearch instance

when I post a wrong request, sometimes the elasticsearch paused, then not response any more,
until I press any key in the command window, it works again, but it not always can reproduce.

I've seen similar things in the past but it was a Windows issue whatever application you are running.
When you press scroll lock or click in the window to select some text, it blocks the running process.

Might be your issue here.
