While I'm trying to create repository to take snapshot this was the error i got.So please help me to fix this issue.

Next time please copy/paste error messages instead of posting screenshots.
As the error message and the documentation says, file repositories must be accessible to all nodes. This typically means that you use NFS or a similar file system. What kind of a file system is /elasticsearch/backup and is it mounted on all nodes?
Oddly enough, it says that 16 shards were successul and zero failed. I can't quite reconcile that with the error.
