Elasticsearch upgrade from 7.17 to 8.x

Hi all,

We are planning to upgrade our elasticsearch cluster from 7.17.x to 8.X. Apart from general upgrade recommendations from elastic, is there a specific 8.X version that we should be upgrading to?

So from the latest 7.17 to 8.9.0.
