ElasticsearchException[Failed to create native process factories for Machine Learning] - version 7.1.0

I am trying to run elasticsearch in a docker container, getting the following error in the logs. I understood that it was a known bug and fixed in recent versions. I use elasticsearch version 7.1.0.
