Eleasticsearch-service-x64 is stopped


i'm using software that is using elasticsearch 7.3.2 along with kibana in windows 10, after following the steps, i got elasticsearch service installed along with kibana but the elastic search service is stopped not like kibana which is running and when trying to start the service manually it always stops by itself.
