I need to integrate SSO(Single Sign on) with ELK 5.0. Can you please let me know what is the configuration and pre-requisites for the same.

The details depend on your choice of realm.
This old issue from the "Shield" forum is a related question.
If you have a specific realm in mind please raise the question in the x-pack forum ("Shield" is now renamed the security feature in x-pack).
