A map can be exposed using Kibana Dashboard sharing feature, so you need to create a dashboard with your map, and share it using an IFrame or a link. At this moment there is no API to embed dashboards.
Mind that sharing a dashboard on an IFrame does not prevent the consumer to be logged in Kibana, since at this moment "anonymous" sharing does not exist, but you may find this other discussion interesting for a workaround
