I use an embed dashboard to share dashboard to our application users. so when embed screen loading there is kibana basic authentication menu prompt. but I don't need to show another screen to users to login because they are log in already in our application. can I do Kibana authentication part in my backend (on free version). I'm using Kibana latest version. I saw some post about reverse proxy. is that method still works for latest versions or are there any other methods.
Would Kibana anonymous access work for you or different users should have different permissions in Kibana? If the latter, yes the reverse proxy would be the only solution for a free version of the Elastic Stack (in paid tier you can enable SSO). It has a number of limitations, but it should work for most of the use cases.
