I follow the manual from document to enable slow log for my index.
I set thresholds to 0ms - 1ms for testing purpose then make a query to ES.
I check Log tab in ES Cloud but no log showed except INFO log about setting changed.
Do I need to configure anything to get more detailed log in Elastic Cloud ?
Slow logs can only be enabled through a support request, but you would need Cloud Premium support as this type of request is not handled by Cloud Standard support.
