Endless Exceptions loop fixed or not?

Hi there,

I am running into an endless loop of exceptions (see: Fix Infinite Loops in ExceptionsHelper#unwrap by original-brownbear · Pull Request #42716 · elastic/elasticsearch · GitHub). According to your release documentation, this issue was fixed as part of a bug fix in version 7.3.0 (see: Elasticsearch version 7.3.0 | Elasticsearch Guide [7.13] | Elastic "Bug Fixes > Store").

I have already tried to upgrade the Docker version up to 7.5.0 - the problem persists. What can I do now? Are the Docker versions the same as the releases?
