Enterprise Search encountered an internal server error

we have been seeing: Enterprise Search encountered an internal server error. Please contact your system administrator if the problem persists.
in the appsearch enterprise search (cloud) while running crawler. the amount of documents are very small (about 1000) . some pages DO get crawled but the app search seems to keep crashing. help!
the deployment was done into our own azure account. and i was unable to create a ticket. the option is grayed out!
i am using pay-as-u-go. and not a free account.

Can you elaborate a bit more about the deployment - do you deploy it via Elastic Cloud?

Do you have access to logs?
