Error 500 Internal Server Error: An internal server error occurred

I can login into elasticsearch via UI, but fetching deployments failed with
"500 Internal Server Error: An internal server error occurred".
Cannot find any errors when listing components by API calls with curl.
All components show stae "healthy: true".

Solved: Certificate has to be renewed.
