Error Connecting to Kibana because host has failed to respond

I'm running elasticsearch and kibana on a windows machine, and I installed winlogbeat on a different machine how do I send the output of winlogbeat to the machine where elasticsearch is running? Elasticsearch and Kibana are running on localhost:9200 & localhost:5601.
I need a step by step guide.

Please help i'm new to to ELK

Could you explain what problem you have?

Also about the step by step guide, did you read the winlogbeat documentation?
