[ERROR][shield.authz.esnative] [node name] error occurred while checking the native roles for changes

Hi

Our application teams are getting time outs. Error in update document for userId: and exception:Exception while executing updates for user:None of the configured nodes were available, and the searches are timing out.

Error message on the cluster nodes are showing:
[ERROR][shield.authz.esnative] [node name] error occurred while checking the native roles for changes.

This problem started on 9 Jan. I can see all cluster nodes where patched CentOS 8 Jan.

We have not been able to find any possible solutions to this problem,.

The problem is happening on both test and prod environment.

All help appreciated.

Hi Alexander, could you please describe exactly what steps you take with Kibana to product this error?
