Error with Windows Endpoint

I'm having trouble accessing the Windows Endpoint on the Strigo terminal. I've tried restarting the machine several times, but the same error keeps showing up.

Could anyone help me figure out what's going on? I'm stuck and can't move forward with the lab.

Your response is old. I was updated for the question. Elastic reset my setting, and gave me an instruction how to do it. I tried, but I still cannot go forward. This is what I posted yesterday. Are you from Elastic or are you someone using Elastic?
