We're using a C# APM agent (Elastic.Apm 1.14.0, 1.16.1 current) in some of our code to report into an APM server on Elastic Stack, but we're seeing all of our API call responses that return a 302 (Found) as event.outcome: failure. I was wondering if this was a known issue or bug with the dotnet driver?
