Events Emitted more then Events Received

HI , suddenly I started to see backlog behavior and noticed that Events Emitted is 76M but Events Received are 61M , the average rates are different also ,

## Events Emitted Rate (/s) -->  1000

## Events Received Rate (/s) --> 800

what could be the reason to such a behavior and how to deal with it ?
